That impressive and large eating bone- vulture soaring through the really high and rugged terrain of Europe, Asia and Africa--the lammergeier or bearded vulture.

This vulture is not 'greedy' as the other vultures and has more of a 'polite' manner of eating.

This unique vulture almost entirely eats bones and eats them, contrary to other vultures that gorge themselves silly and to the point where they are too heavy to fly well [that is why you see them sitting around a carcass as they are resting aiding digestion ]. 

The lammergeier is a steady -consumer and eats only about 8% of its body weight per  day.
